The order

You can order the products under the the tab adressed, However custom orders have a blank of what is written than can choosen by the customer.

After buying the custom product we will contact the number on Whatsapp or the email given to disccuss what the order should be.

Shipment

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation. however if the order is custom and not in stock times may vary depending on custom project.

If the product isn’t in stock which rarely happens, Delivery time might change, If you wish to cancel the order you can by contacting us through Whatsapp or Email Sign-ae@info.com (or the email you will make for support)

Returns, Exchanges And Complaints

Orders that haven’t been shipped can be cancelled (you fill how the orders can be cancelled)

If the order was shipped with no deficts or damaged the order can’t be returned,

However if the product recived was damaged during shipping a replacment will be sent right away free of charges
